ABOUT THE COURSE
The PRINCE2 Agile® methodology combines agile concepts methods and techniques with the advantages of the traditional waterfall method of PRINCE2® with a clearly structured methodological framework. The big advantage of Prince two agile uses that it does not prefer specific agile methods (Scrum, Kanban, DevOps etc.), but on the contrary, it enables combining traditional project management methods with agile approaches which deliver the biggest value for a given project. It provides the satisfactory level of detail for the implementation of agile approaches and represents worldwide the most complete methodology of project management. It provides a blend of approaches combining the advantages of agile way of working on the delivering level with the management and structures of the well proven methodology of Prince2 on the levels of project direction and stage management.
PROJECT GOALS
The course is suitable for all working in the environment of project management and who want to use agile mechanisms or introduce a more structured modern approach using the agile approaches. The course is suitable for the following positions: project executive, project support scrum master/agile coach, team members, product owner, product manager and for others. The course will prepare the participants for a prestigious internationally acknowledged certification exam accredited by the license owner of this methodology, Axelos Ltd., which can be taken at the end of the course.

COURSE CERTIFICATE
As of 1st November 2019 the new AXELOS regulation mandates a certification exam with an internationally acknowledged certificate from PeopleCert examination organization. Any other PRINCE2 Agile® certificates are not valid and their issuance and usage is an infringement of copyright and other relevant legislation which can invoke further legal steps by the license holder Axelos Ltd. As of 1st February 2022, the certification exam will be provided only through an online portal.
